I like how playful this is, but I'm 99% sure this model has a lovely face I'm missing out on. Oh well—there's always some element of tragedy in art. :)

seems like her head is not just hidden but actually replaced by the baloon.

The shadows are really nice, they give some depth to the baloon head wich makes it look like a replacement head.The Angle of the model, and especially of her arms also make the whole image come true. I love it, good job!

Seems like conflict between "appearance" and "reality", the one being iconic and the other symbolic.
But people discern symbols; reality is not inherently symbolic or nonsymbolic.
